Yes because what extract means is, concentration of Salvinorin-A 5 times on a dose of leaf.

cut off the leaves, slice into strips, put in a dry dark place. let them dry out. turn twice a day for around a week. cut it up with a sharp pair of sissors. best consumed in a bong or pipe. smoking it in rizzlas will only be 30% as effective.
you can also dry them out in an oven at 175F for 10 minutes

i love salvia plants they look awesome their kinda like flowers and this person did a shitty job with this plant ive grown a lot of salvia plants and if the leaves droop your not growing it right.

there has been reports salvia based tea to give nice effects.
Altou smoking salvia is the right way to go
blend it to tobacco if you want a little bit better flavour.

If you eat it the Salvinorin A will get destroyed by your stomach acid, the only way other than smoking it to get it into your body is to chew on the leaves, the Salvinorin A get absorbed into the pores on your tongue and in your mouth, eating or making tea from it will have zero effects.
